      This company has potential, but need to bring in at least one Senior Business Development Manager to get the ball rolling in Dallas.

      Cons

      Dallas office currently is just a daycare for the executives' family members! Toxic environment where zero to nothing is expected of them!

      Pros

      The Dallas office really has a quality over quantity mentality, which is personally how I prefer to work. Large companies sling resumes just to hit unattainable metrics. Here, they work quite closely with clients so that really helps me in my search for the right candidates.

      None yet. I like that the company is growing so I feel like my thoughts are heard.
