      The Leadership Team is completely in touch with the business. This is by far the most employee friendly company that I have worked in. Professional, hard working, top notch employees.

      Pros

      Tribal friendly competition with Rewards for the Hungry. Great leadership and many opportunities for advancement within the company. Pretty transparent and very helpful in assisting YOU to meet Goals. $$$. Not your average call center at all. Very professional and respectful.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any because I have been blessed to work at Media Mix for 3 years. Everything really is good here.

      Most respectful and fun phone room I have ever worked in. Fun/great environment. Ping pong table in Break room.

      Cons

      After training, you must produce, not a lot but consistent production is necessary to make good money.
