Open door management policy, Friendly environment, A couple of Bonus in a year , 3 days unused vacation day can be carried to next year, No Sick Day but still your boss behaves you as a human and gives plenty time for your recovery.

Cons

Not great benefits , No Sick Day

Pros

There are some really good people working at Academic Partnerships at the front line. Many of them truly are passionate about the universities they represent and the students they serve. If they were given the chance, they could really make this company the hands-down industry leader.

Cons

All of the problems stem from the top. To say there is poor leadership would imply that there is leadership to begin with, and that's simply not the case. What you do have is a smattering of initiatives, thrown at the workers, literally willy-nilly, and a bunch of decent people trying against all odds to prevent the craziness at the executive level from causing harm to the university partners and the students. Unfortunately, that's not always possible.
