My manager specifically is the best I've had. I love working from home and I love that I get to do other tasks that I can add to my resume. I'm excited for the future of AP.

Cons

It's hard to have your voice heard working from home, so you have to reach out and let people know that you are interested in other areas if you'd like to grow within.
