I can unequivocally say that I've never worked at a better place! The missions, our values, teams, culture -- it's just amazing. Further, the dedication of leadership and people throughout the organization to make things better every day is incredible to see. You'd be lucky to work here.

Pros

Academic Partnerships has such a great mission. I feel that what I do everyday is helping others grow in their careers and develop their futures. The company has the best Diversity and Inclusion program I have ever seen. My manager and team members are very supportive and they make me feel like I am a valuable member of the team.

Pros

Good for kids fresh out of a college atmosphere. It is a good place to be a stepping stone to somewhere else.

Cons

Micromanage. Every second of your time is looked at. It's not about are you doing the job it's about are you on the phone from the time you clock in to the time you clock out. Everything ends with ".....you could get fired."
