Pros

-Cares about employees (CEO, senior leadership, directors are amazing) -Thoughtful and compassionate leadership (they actually care about your mental health and happiness) -Benefits and promotions (pay, insurance, retirement, rewards) -Inclusive and focused on diversity -Supportive and best team I've ever been on - I'm thoroughly engaged in my work and feel incredibly grateful for my position and the work I do.

Cons

The position is demanding and it's definitely not for everyone. You need to be able to adapt to the situation. If you like standard, repeating work, this isn't for you.
