Pros

The pay is decent and the benefits are fairly good for the job. I really can think of no other pros to this company or job.

Cons

Little to no training. There is no comradery in the office and the environment is toxic and unfriendly. Very depressing atmosphere. No one seems happy or to enjoy their job and it is reflected in the overall feel in the office. Most offices have no opportunity for promotion.

Pros

Leisure atmosphere. As long as you get your work done you will not be micro-managed. "Open door" policy for management.

Cons

Annual raises are not guaranteed. Reviews in1st quarter, but if you are lucky enough to get a pay bump does not go into effect until Sept.
