Pros

- The company is happily willing to invest in its own people for education, growth, and benefits - Local management can't be beat. This is the first place I am not micro managed and am able to let my skills and work ethic determine how far I go/grow. - The office management is actively trying to incorporate an employee appreciation vibe and there are many occasions they show their appreciation for our hard work by employee outings, work activities meant for fun and socializing, or catered in meals. - Local management is currently creating a formal training program for new hires (in all positions) that will stream line training. - I can ask for additional help when needed and it is provided. - Local management has an open door policy which is very beneficial and offers the support needed by any employee. - Local management will work with you regarding any needed time off. I have worked in places where PTO had to be used anytime you were out of the office, even if it was just an hour. Here, I am able to make up time instead of automatically using my PTO when I may need to leave early or come in late. - They allow a work from home day during the week

Cons

- At the moment, there has been some turn over (majority of people leaving the whole sale side) that has left more work for the remaining employees to handle. Management is looking for replacement staff but it is always faster to leave a place then hire and train new people. Once the new employees are hired and trained, the "additional work" problem should be neutralized. - The location is in North Scottsdale and the 101 traffic is not the best - Corporate Management does not have the same "friendly or personal" feel as the local management does.

It's a paycheck

Pros

They give me a paycheck twice a month. They haven't started charging the employees for coffee (yet). Two of my coworkers aren't awful.

Cons

Management is absent, the person who I think is supposed to be my manager was gone for 6 straight weeks with no communication to us at all. The office environment is toxic, it's nothing but gossip and back stabbing and the "office manager" is usually starting most of it. There is 0 office culture, no fun, no jokes, no holiday party, nothing. The only thing the people in the office have in common is that they all hate this place. It is painfully obvious that the only thing corporate leadership cares about is keeping shareholders happy, and that's pathetic.
