      They Want to be Good

      Pros

      The company puts in an honest effort to make employees happy. They have a gym and childcare on site at the head office. There's an employee appreciation day and overall it is a positive place to work.

      Cons

      The executive management was controlling. They did not seem interested in feedback from employees or from the field. Ultimately, this made my job feel meaningless. I wasn't happy in the end and had to move on.

      Pros

      Thriving industry and especially in a post-COVID / potentially recession world, there is nothing like having the peace of mind of stable employment. People are amazing - Great open door policy with the people I've worked with for support.

      Cons

      Depending on personal expectation, there are some other companies in the market (often smaller in size though), that can pay/compensate more.
