      corp events are fun, lots of prizes/increase pay for high performers. i have a lot of good things to say about most of the management and coworkers, both on a personal and professional level

      focus on targets has gotten more strict in the past year. Fine if you really love sales

      Pros

      Part of a large public company with great perks such as great medical benefits, stock purchase options and RRSP matching contributions.

      Cons

      Not enough diversity of management with different perspectives. Most senior leadership has all been there since the division started, and mostly a boys club. Also no solid processes to prevent disproportionate inequalities and low base salaries compared to the industry. All the organization cares about is sales. If you perform in sales (no matter how is achieved) you are golden.
