Fantastic benefits, flexible hours, overtime, friendly staff, uplifting work environment, FANTASTIC TEAMWORK, good friends have been made, most weekends you have off

Cons

stressful at times, multiple opinions gets confusing, wage freeze at the moment, long hours at times, RRSP's are not explained well for someone new to that area.

Pros

Was very impressed by the recruitment process, particularly by their relative transparency ( I received a tour of the building during my interview and was told about what work I might be doing). Normally, this would only happen after I got the job. Also, the HR person was engaging and pretty open throughout the process. I'm use to companies acting like its a privilege for them to even consider your resume and invite you to an interview, and also often they behave more formally and cold so as to deliver the possible rejection more easily.

Cons

As a recent hire I haven't seen any strong negatives so far. *Maybe that the corporate cafeteria doesn't serve French fries or any other deep fried foods. It's healthy fare only. :-(

The stock price had been going up recently

Cons

The best days are in the past. The company has become just another share holder value company where the average employee is a number not a name. I would not recommend anyone working for this new company that does not epitomize the values that Dave instilled in so many employees and what made the company so great.
