Pros
Good amenities: gym, child care, cafeteria. Great potential to control your own income (although most positions/departments are salaried and this varies). Great people to work with on your team. Lots of activities and incentives (again varies by department). An excellent benefits program.
Cons
Not very much training and development. Unclear path on how to move up in the company in some areas.
