Flexible hours, nice facility if you go in, ability to WFH for some people, childcare, self serve cafe, company seems well managed and thoughtful at an exec level

Cons

WFH only applies if you are not new, benefits revamped but still not competitive, micromanaging and ill equipped middle management whose management style is to threaten rather than assist and develop. It is difficult being told your job is easy so why are you complaining. He is an HR liability
