Pros

Very Sales Focused Company. Market Leader in Heavy Equipment Auctions

Cons

Inconsistent Sales Management at the Field Level Work / Life Balance is not as it is portrayed during hiring interview process. Salary for Seasoned Sales Personnel is way under market values Bonus Program is very hard to attain. Most TMs did not bonus in 2014!

Great international company, bad local management

Pros

Learned a lot, met some great people. The company as a whole has great benefits and great standards.

Cons

The local office in Lincoln, NE is not well managed. The managers are more concerned with egos than with doing what is right for the company. They manage to twist well-meaning policies in a way that holds back the employees. There is very little room to grow within the organization. Raises are lousy and quality of life stinks. Managers treat employees more like children. Initially, the staff was fantastic, but the company ran most of the people off because they seemed to be more interested in hiring less-qualified people and churning through them in order to keep costs down. It's downright exhausting!

Pros

-The majority of people are great to work with and you'll come out with new friends -Good experience, most of the time -A lot of experience to different industries and can learn and grow from it

Cons

-Compensation is lower than other industries and you are forced to rely on overtime pay -Often work 30 days straight, little time for work and life balance -Lack of skills and education by management and poor training and development of their staff -Benefits listed by other reviews are only true in head office, they don't exist at auction sites
