      Pros

      - great work environment - fantastic corp culture - excellent benefit - excellent career advancement opportunities as long as you can prove you want it. - excellent open door policy with the senior leadership team. i can walk in to their office at anytime with questions, concerns or suggestion - excellent culture of promoting from within. although I hasn't always worked out.

      Cons

      - work/life balance. if you love work then this is the place for you. - low base salary - lack of bonuses

      Great co-workers. Nice amenities: gym, cafeteria and on-site daycare. Reasonable and fair benefits package.

      Cons

      No room for career progression. Women have to prove themselves. Poor compensation (below market value).
