Pros

Perks such as big fancy Christmas parties, nice building to work in, Cafe, Gym, Childcare

Cons

Way too many managers with their own agenda and very little management training. Way too little supervision of managers by their superiors. Way too much of a boys club, even still, in 2014 - COME ON. I guess women are just supposed to marry well so we don't need to be paid well? Across the board, pay is below standard pay bands for this city. Total lack of accountability to their employees. As for "Values" not everyone has fun, nor do well do what is right. The company only does what's right when it creates revenue.

Pros

Nice facilities, some nice people, a few perks here and there but that is about it.

Cons

Terrible Management with weak communication and lack of democracy. Only people that are in the "I like you because you like me" circle see any career advancement. They do exactly the opposite of what they say it is one of the core values "we do what it is right", they make unfair decisions (the voice of the employee does not count), provide an unstable environment and lack of job security. They have very incompetent managers in strategic positions that need people with knowledge and experience. The company in general lacks of ethics and some of the managers are just lucky that the company allows incompetent people to keep making costly mistakes, such as losing valuable resources and failing projects, that in other companies would not be allowed. All in all, the company offers very little to people that are talented and skilled but that are not interested in entering in the circle of friendship.
