You have to beg for a break, make you do so much for work for little pay, and no growth, management doesn't trust any of the employees. The managers treats employees like common criminals and they are always nagging us about something petty and something unimportant. They let the managers constantly go on smoke breaks but will not let us coworkers go on a 15 minute sit down break. They always lecture us about bag checks and make us feel like we are stealing from the store and there is no raises. Good luck on moving up in the store, you will NOT get a pay raise. The union is absolutely useless.
