Pros

Loved working at my first store as a cashier! Plenty of hours! Great learning experience with wonderful customers!

Cons

When I was promoted, I was moved to a store that was disorganized and coworkers who were rude and disrespectful. If you complained or took a day or two off, you got "punished" later in hours.

Pros

Advancement if you want to move up, nice employees, good employee discount, lots of opportunities to learn new skills.

Cons

Terrible management from the top down, worthless computer system for front end, terrible photo processing technology, pitiful training, uniform requirements differ depending on job in the store.

Pros

I use to work for this company as a cashier/pharmacy technician. I started at minimum wage. Then I was promoted to a higher position. (Wellness Ambassador) and I got a raise to $10 an hour and I work there for 3 year. I just got that raise because of the position, but as a cashier or Pharmacy Tech they hardly increase your pay. I had a coworker that after she resigned because she found a job that offer her a higher pay at another pharmacy, my boss offer her to match the same pay so she can stay, but she refused.

Cons

No promotions, no bonus, no opportunity to grow.
