Pros

Was good while it lasted, company is just overall poorly managed by legacy people with legacy ideas with no overspend in various areas. I'm surprised their technology vendors are even getting paid. Offering people at stores severances as well with inability to pay is utter nonsense in general. Getting your ducks in a row fiscally is the most important, but paying back those who you promised something, is very important.

Cons

I started with the company several years ago, and when they first hit bankrupcy, they were offering severances to employees. So those who took those severances 1.5 years ago, were surprised when they were not being paid out. And RiteAid eventually back tracked and paid out those severances. Fast Track 1.5 years later, those who have received a severance this year, got a nasty email, that RiteAid will not pay out their end of the agreement for any severances that they would be paying people after May 5th. This company does not honor your agreements, your pay, your relationships, and does not honor anything. Do not trust Riteaid, HRs, or leaders, they are just following the receivers orders.

Pros

One of The pros of working at Rite Aid were my customers. I had some really great regular customers.

Cons

10 cent a year pay raise, They kept adding more and more to my to do list, with the same low pay. I had to run the register and run back and forth doing planograms
