Pros

Lower RX count than other pharmacies in the area. Reasonable pay. While my manager is not the best, my distrcit manager is more than competent.

Cons

Long shifts (13 hours at my store), poor management (varies from store to store). Havent heard much work for pay increase or bonus. Mayb follow up soon after yearly evaluation.

Pros

Want to become a pharmacist, going to pharmacy school, i started at good pay, near my house, very knowledgeable staff, real people with real lives as opposed to fast food managers who, on a whole, have no social life, down to earth people, very professional working environment.

Cons

honestly the only con to this job is that you cant get away with anything if u consider that a con, and maybe the fact that your on your feet the whole day.

Pros

Nice pharmacists as bosses. Nice general manager of store. Easy to communicate with staff. easy commute, great experience for first time tech.

Cons

not much break time, a lot of time trying to please customers who do not respect your job, on your feet for many hours
