Pros

The enviroment of the store. Our store associates have gone above and beyond to make it "The Neighborhood Drug Store"

Cons

The toughest part is trying to make time for office duties and floor duties. The work flow is a little odd, Price changes and heavy work load items should be sent down on Mondays. No extra work should be performed on week ends.
