Pros

Good coworkers, Flexible schedule while going to school, management at the store level was good for the most part, customer interaction.

Cons

Little room for growth and development for those that are college grads but dont want to go the pharmacy school route, no PBM, lack of leadership a the senior levels resulting in under performing stores.

Pros

The only few good reasons to work at Rite Aid are the flexible hours and easy work...it is definitely easy, mindless money.

Cons

1. The pay is the lowest in the drug store industry. 2. This is with many places, you can be there for four years and only be getting paid .60 more than what you were hired at but people getting hired now will be starting out more than you! 3. Only one pay increase a year and it's only 2%!
