Cons

as with most retail, payroll is always a concern, sometimes communication could be better, in talking with people who work the same industry it seems our pay is a little low

Pros

As a truck driver we do make good money. Also it is very good to work on your own and get the job done without someone breating down your neck. Benifits are good.

Cons

Wondering if the company is going to stay in business due to economy? Also a pat on the back every once in a while is a good idea.
