Pros

Overall majority of the Pharmacist were nice and friendly, very family oriented, and understanding of your needs. Database to process prescription is very modern and much more advance than other systems used by rival companies.

Cons

High turnover rate, even at the store/district management level. Saw 3 different district managers in a matter of 1 year, of which the first 4 months, no district manager existed. Company required employees to pay out of their own pocket for business expense including registration and application fees to the state in order to work in the pharmacy. Company refused to reimburse for costs. Difficulty granting full time hours unless you're willing to work in multiple stores. Health benefits/coverage are minimal/joke compared to costs to purchase coverage and requirements demanded for constant eligibility. Pay offered is lower than other rival companies. Opportunities for advancement is low, and potential for raises are even lower.

Pros

As a young person starting in the workplace its great. It will make your mind up that you don"t want to be in retail.

Cons

They want to much, and they set goals that are unattainable. No matter how hard you work they are never happy. Because they expect everything completed by a certain time frame, and you do not complete it, it is demorlizing. You take on the challenge, and try being positive, but after awhile you just give up and say this is not humanly possible.

Pros

the employees really care about the customers and each other. the work is easy, just alot of it. the office staff is really friendly, even though they get overwhelmed too.

Cons

management , and corp don't get it. they want more and more done, and keep cutting hours. this hurts the cleanliness of the stores. and employee moral. some of the store managers are dictators, only a few are real leaders.
