Pros

If you are hard working individual that has the capacity to show some leadership and a ability to learn operational process quickly, advancement can be acheived.

Cons

Long hours, as in all retail management positions, and not enough help when needed. Payroll is a big issue espiecailly when the company has financial issues. Payroll will not increase even though Sales increment reaches double digits.

Pros

For the learning experience. It is nice to use my lab skills in the community pharmacy setting. It helps me to remember the drugs also.

Cons

The random hours. Plus the extra stress during school.

Pros

Every rite aid that I've worked everyone has been very nice, great personalities and most are team players except for the select few.

Cons

Well to start off I've been with Rite Aid for many Years. The Pay raises suck, 24 hour stores are open 24 hours reguardless on holidays or not. So you get stuck working when everyone should be at home with their families. Some stores are just so small its impossible to follow there clutter free rule. Overall I am happy except for the pay raises.
