Pros

Friendly people to work with at the store level. Descent health insurance benefits package. 20% employee discount off regular retail price.

Cons

Keep hiring corporate officers and cutting payroll in stores. impossible expectations for the allotted labor. No sale prices without their "discount card" which captures your shopping data. No "store card" for anyone wanting to retain their shopping anonymity. Usually only 2-3 people working outside pharmacy for the entire store, and usually only 2 cash registers for customers

Pros

Great computer system and software make your job much easier than other pharmacies out there. They offer free immunization training for pharmacists

Cons

Budget cuts limited available staff. Prices for medications and items were not competitive with other pharmacies or super markets in our area.
