Pros

The staff gets discounts. But things are STILL expensive unless you really like makeup. That stuff was ALWAYS on sale!

Cons

The place was SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED!!! One person does the job of THREE! It was complete corporate slavery!

Pros

The customers are the main reason I stayed so long. It is rewarding to help your customers find ways to bring the cost of their scripts down, and the relief in their eyes when you tell them their insurance company will cover their meds.

Cons

Upper management that does not care for the employees or customers. They will cut hours and benefits at every opportunity, then force the employees to push their useless gimmicks (Wellness Plus) on the already overcharged customers. A corperation that will never realize most of their customers are too intelligent to fall for the gimmicks.
