Scheduling is flexbile. Some stores are 24 hrs. 20%discount. Mindless work. Many stores around the United States. Not a bad environment.

Horrible Pay. Horrible Hours. Not enough benefits. Not much opportunity to move up. Not enough care for the employee and not enough recognition for the employee.

Pros

Good money. Good benefits. Some flexibility in the way we are allowed to run our stores. Able to work close to home.

Cons

Only annual raises if lucky. Hourly associates are only eligible once a year. McDonald's gives more raises than that. Company spends lots of money on schemes like the Game of Life, when they could give employees a raise instead. Salaried managers are based on 50 hours.
