Pros

Customers were great! Technicians were great! It was close to my residence. Other than that, really tough to find 20 words to be positive.

Cons

Management only cares about themselves. They do not care about their employees. They do not care about the health of their customers other than that they are a $ sign. They are not family oriented. They push impossible metrics at you. If you don’t meet them, they fax, email, and call you daily. They focus only on the negative and never the positive. It is nearly impossible to be sick or have a personal issue. You are seen as a machine for their use only.
