Pros

It's flexible, and you can meet a lot of great customers and you get a following.

Cons

The Pharmacy Manager is an extreme micromanager and takes over every little thing you are doing...you start to lose your self confidence and get very stressed out. This store is located in a large city and you get A LOT of customers that have no shame. Other techs don't help you when you really need it, but I'm expected to drop everything when someone else needs a bit of help...Also, the Pharm Manager gets all of the bonuses and credit for all of the hard work the Techs do...We aren't paid anywhere near what we should be making, 6 techs at that store combined do not make what the Pharm Manager makes in a year...Not including bonuses and all sorts of other things...
