Pros

Co-workers were amazing. benefits not too bad because union store nice location

Cons

Biggest complaint would be about upper management. Not the store managers, assistant or supervisors but district mgrs, pharmacy district managers and all of upper mgmt. They set unrealistic goals. Never enough hours to attain above mentioned unrealistic goals Pay is below average especially for pharmacy techs

Pros

The pay is not bad. Vacation time is ok. Some days are easy. You get a company vehicle. The days are somewhat flexable.

Cons

You are on call in the evenings and the weekends. Some of the equipment is old and out dated. It can be hard to get parts.

Pros

the people you work with are great, the customers are cool and you get to know everyone personally. its a great place to work.

Cons

the pay could stand to be a little better, they cut your hours depending on sales from that week the previous year.
