Pros

I work as a part-time floater pharmacist. They are very accommodating to my schedule and allow me to work as much or as little as I would like.

Cons

I do not know my schedule very far in advance and that can make it difficult to make plans (if I want time off to do something special I can request it, however for the random evening's out etc it is just hard to plan)

Pros

Job security.. great computer program that i personally feel to be excellent. Very little room for error in dispensing. and extremely easy to use unless you are completely computer illiterate.

Cons

Not enough technician help... They don't realize the impact of this simple fact. It leads to overworked technicians/pharmacists, which leads to unhappy workers, which can very well lead to jobs being done poorly, leading to unhappy customers, leading to poor sales!

Pros

Set hours , vacations covered , the employees and customers. These are the reasons I stay. Good rapore with the Store Manager and staff.

Cons

No support what so ever from mid and upper level managment. conversations on confence calls are only one way, no "push back" allowed. No recognition of a job well done, not enough ancellary hours to actually give the customer service they preach about.
