Pros

Great associates to work with. You get a close bond with both co-workers and customers.

Cons

Rite Aiden is not very forthcoming about the company and where they are headed.

Pros

there really are no perks to working for this company.

Cons

The company is currently undergoing bankruptcy, leading to chronic staffing shortages. During nighttime shifts, there are only two employees: one assistant manager and one cashier. When the cashier takes a break, only one person is left to manage the store, which can be quite stressful. Theft is a significant issue across all locations. Working the closing shift can be exhausting, with some employees logging up to 24,000 steps in just five hours. Additionally, equipment such as refrigerators and freezers frequently malfunctions, and repairs can take a long time, if they are addressed at all

Pros

Decent pay and ability to move up

Cons

Work load is insane. Will have to work every weekend and holiday and night shift. Never enough time to what needs to be done and company plays favorites
