Pros

Competitive pay for managers, better working conditions compared to competition.

Cons

Low pay for staff leading to constant turnover over, incompetent higher up managers that promote people based on the ability to suck up to them.

Pros

Days off during the week. Decent PTO after a while…if you can use it.

Cons

Hours - “flexible” means “whenever we need you”. Work/life balance - not good, always expected to pick up shifts when people call in or anything happens. Stress - expect you to do a lot with little. One manager and one cashier, but make sure you reset the seasonal aisle today. One manager, no cashier but make sure you watch theft, help customers, check in vendors, and help pharmacy too.
