Pros

In my 5.5 years there, I had a very supportive team and management. We were encouraged to better ourselves with various training opportunities, HR classes, webinars, etc. and there was a big focus on building a strong team.

Cons

Expensive benefits, difficult to move internally to another position, the corporate offices stayed open in the winter when highways were shut down in terrible conditions and you were expected to show up
