Pros

Fellow employees were great. Nice to work with, very intelligent.

Cons

Company is now owned by private equity. They give zero effs about you. Laid off without warning, not much severance. Company had and still has, no direction. They don't spend money where it is important, and lay off people without knowing if they are necessary to keep the lights on. Last layoff appeared to be FIFO as of a certain date.
