Great people to work with. Work is challenging but rarely over the top difficult. Generally friendly environment.

Lots of hours Easy job Willing to train you to advance in the company Really close location Fast paced environment Okay management Hired me after a large gap of unemployment

Always drama Maybe one day off a week Constantly fluctuating schedule The pay is pretty bad Typical retail hierarchy Employees don't communicate with each other, only make snide, vague comments

Not many customers to help. Quiet usually.

Cons

Management pushes us to sign people up for rewards cards, but most of the customers buy beer and cigarettes and they don't get any discount on those items
