Being overworked. Inhumanly impossible to fi ish task and held responsible. Being turned down for raises because they claim no sales. Up manaement ( corporation) polices are incredibly childish, always changing.

Pros

Love my patients and have a fantastic rapport with them...

Cons

Unreasonable standards, constant nagging, same old corporate nonsense. My techs are underpaid and so are constantly leaving and or terrible. Union dictates their salary so I have no say.

Pros

I was a pharm tech and I learned a lot about medication and interactions when filling out prescriptions and talking to the pharmacist.

Cons

There's a great divide between the management of the actual store and the management of the pharmacy. You stand all day in that small space, even when there's nothing to do, there are no break times EVER, you could be there all day and not be allotted time to even eat, you just have to sneak and do it in the corner, which is terrible. Upper management never visited the store, everything was always over the phone.
