Leadership turned combative; gossip centric workplace

Recruiter was very helpful in hiring process, find best fit, accommodating and communicative. Colleagues are open to helping. Insurance was affordable and went down. Nice employee event, like Christmas party & gift

Minimal onboarding process. Manager was hands-off at times but often under pressure and became demanding, very reactive, with every blow of wind new priorities/strategy. Did not take ideas or value experiences brought to table. HR in disarray, intimidating, sides with management. Senior management is routinely 3 years of turnover, no stability. Changed my bonus structure and job duties, without my input. Led to little to no bonus payout. 70/30 salary/bonus structure. Untrustworthy manager. Very gossip centric workplace, watch out.
