Pros

Flexible hours (although that has changed apparently). This being very good if you live across town or have to use public transport to get to work or due to poor weather. Easy-going atmosphere MOST of the time but it would always get hectic at the end of the month (poor management)

Cons

Month-end rush, every month just to "pump-up the numbers"and make sales look good to headquarters. Virtually no-way to progressively move-up the ladder in your area. It appears that management would rather keep most people in a certain position so that they would not have to increase their pay?

Pros

Rittal offers innovative products that employees can be proud of. Rittal employs quality people, who care about their colleagues. Rittal offers an excellent benefit package.

Cons

As Rittal is a privately held, non-union company compensation is not standardized. Employment is "at will" instead of by contract.
