I've worked for Ritter Communications for 10 years. The company is constantly evolving, improving and growing. Culture and benefits are great - cannot say enough about the amazing people I work with. Upper management is committed to being Right By You and this certainly applies to employees as well as customers. Grateful to be employed here.

There are multiple ways to make an impact here. Improvements have been made in recruiting/hiring. We are growing so we feel the pains but most people are willing to adapt and grow together. If you do not fit into a box and like to stay really busy, this is the place for you!

Cons

There are several people in leadership positions who lack the skills needed to be successful leaders.
