Pros

Network management and troubleshooting work was easy. Decent compensation initially.

Cons

Responsibilities added without compensation. Favoritism in promotion. Lower tier technicians are treated poorly. Unresponsive lower and upper management and a stiff corporate structure that heavily limits communication between operations departments.

Pros

Great company with great people. They will make you a very well rounded NE if you are willing to put in the time and effort. Still has a small company/neighborly feel.

Cons

None. Work was challenging but rewarding.

Pay is average benefits are phenomenal Company vehicle Rules aren't too strict Everybody is laid back and understanding

Cons

I only quit because i didn't like the position but i had coworkers who had been doing it for years with no complaints
