Hotel rooms discount through Marriott.

Cons

Managers just there to get a paycheck. Company gold standard and employee promise is a sad joke among employees.

The have an amazing culture. Most of their employees truly care about the guest's experience and go above and beyond to create a special experience.

Cons

The pay is below other local competitors, especially for hourly employees. There are not many opportunities to move up the ladder.
