Pros

Prestigious name, original company goals set by Horst are very good, interesting corporate philosophy. Once in a while you'd walk around and go, wow, this is really nice, then reality would set back in.

Cons

Every changing, unrealistic sales goals. Executive management trying to figure out how to make the sales team almost make their bonus, but actually not make it and not have to pay it out. Highly unstable work environment.

Pros

The benefits are awesome. You get discounts in all Marriotts. You can transfer anywhere in the world.

Cons

I worked overnight, sometimes it's really busy and only 2 people working in in room dining.

Pros

Welcomed the gained experience, some individuals were genuinely respectful and nice to work with routinely. Informative training platform.

Cons

Front Office Staff, as well as Front Office Managers were lazy, unprofessional, kept up petty grievances. Leadership consisted of theft from novice agents, misrepresentation of providing proper hospitality, and what actually classifies as Professionalism.
