Pros

Great pay, higher than most hotels. The benefits are amazing. Health, vision, dental, 401k, tuition help, relocation assistance, an entire department dedicated to helping you find professional services from babysitters to elderly care. They really truly do look after their people and will always support you as long as you give them your all.

Cons

Management moves around a lot so sometimes things get started but never finished.

Pros

Excellent customer service training, l lot of upward mobility and oppostunites to advance your career in hotel management. Lots of employees promoted in a short span of time .

Cons

management micromanages and is very tough on employees. Long hours of hard work. Must run and be in good shape. Always being watched by management and not given full empowerment.
