Pros

well paid, normally cool people, Great kitchen (then when Chef Greg Howel was there, don't know now), Normally quite well scheduled when it came to school. Amazing view and weather. Personally had, over all, a great time, there where a lot of bads, I mean A LOT, but the good out weight them; or at least balanced it out at the end.

Cons

Management could be moody, had to really fight for days off. Like in most hotel, it can be slave work, A lot of work time. Having to Really bend over backwards for some mean and annoying guests.
