Pros

Amazing benefits, company provided uniform that isn't charged to your paycheck, employer provided meals (lunch + dinner), lots of opportunity to earn extra money through overtime in other departments, large variety of positions offered, very friendly co-workers, incredibly diverse work force, amazing guests

Cons

Management seems constantly scatter brained, follow through lacking, management doesn't support employees, stagnating world view, pay too low for work expected, moving up is incredibly difficult without switching properties, company loves to spend money on everything but employee's, values that are talked about are not supported by logistics and their execution is weak, no parking provided for non-management employees, twice annual cost of living pay increase is too low, inconsistent work schedule

Pros

Great culture, I've grown exponentially in my time here. Great move for my career. The general manager is the best in the business. Great guy to work for/with.

Cons

Not many cons. Alot of upward movement in house when I first arrived. Lately, not so much. Alot of exterior hires for higher titles. Kind of left a bad taste in my mouth.

Pros

The company provides affordable, quality benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, tuition assistance, paid vacations, etc.

Cons

Very corporate atmosphere. Management does not get involved with the operations of the individual departments. Employees are left to figure things out for themselves and only get feedback when a customer complains to management.
