Pros

Company with great prestige. You will learn everything there is to learn about work ethics and proper verbiage .Great position to make commission and enhance your speech and sales experience.

Cons

Very corporate like company. Lots of pressure from upper management. Specially during the busier months. Relatively low pay for starting management positions.

Pros

Best training you will ever receive in customer service and guest engagement that can be applied to all aspects of your life. Working with people who are passionate.

Cons

Extremely corporate structure. Managers are very intense about guest engagement and can sometimes forget that you're still learning and don't give much access to upper level management.
