Pros

The possibility of high income. Building up a customer base over the years. Different types of massage are in demand at all times, so a good specialist will not be left without work. Communication with a large number of people.

Cons

Physical overload of the working tool - the hands of the masseur. On the shoulders of a massage specialist lies a huge responsibility, so mistakes can not be allowed

Pros

Only strong point about the hotel is the Brand Ritz-Carlton

Cons

The product doesnt do justice to the brand, the outlets and the hotel itself is pretty rundown. Compared t other Ritz-Carltons The hotel has a very negative work environment. The actual HR policies of Ritz-Carlton has been completely watered down, and the employees dont enjoy the same respect of being Ladies & Gentlemen as their peers in the rest of Ritz-Carltons around the world.
