Business Outlook
Pros
Many different opportunites, company cares about their employees, breaks were given at appropriate times. Staff meals prepared by banquet kitchen served to all employees. Staff were friendly and helpful especially to new employees. Environment was kept clean and easy to work in.
Cons
Work-life balance. Required to work overtime quite often. Staff did not seem that motivated to work at times. Although the benefits were great, starting pay was lower than most.
